I say “About us” but really it’s just me running this website so perhaps this is more an about me. My name is Ruby, I’m a 28 year old Australian obsessed with intelligent dance music and related genres. So obsessed that I decided to create this website, your one stop shop for everything IDM related.

My goal is to create a user friendly platform for easy access to IDM artists, labels, news and information. IDM Discovery exists to promote some of the smaller artists of the genre who’s music is the type to give you goose bumps and a dopamine rush. I want listeners to have a place they can access all the information and listen to all the albums of artists they love, and find new artists who they haven’t heard before too. I hope to grow this website into a space for IDM lovers to congregate and build a community of like minded music enthusiasts.
